So schlecht?

Shoe Action

Here are some samples of my Storyboards for the TV spot Deichman - most wanted. We really wanted to get that feel of speed and action. So the sketches are very rough and directly scribbled on the blank page with a permanent black ball pen. With clean drawings over pre-pencil-sketches I would have lost the energy of the somewhat iconic chase frames. You can watch the final film here on the Deichman site.

GOETHE!

These are just a view examples of the great amount of drawings I did for the feature film Goethe! directed by Philipp Stölzl. Philipp likes to do storyboards for his scenes. It was exciting to see how this images drawn from imagination and references came to life in the finished film.
The film has a quite unusal approach because it deals with young Johann Goethes coming of age, his first love and breakthrough with Werther...
The film will be released in autumn 2010.
